Mona was born into an environment that encourages ambition, and from a young age, she dreamed of becoming an icon that inspires new generations. Thanks to her continuous efforts and determination to achieve her dreams, she secured a prestigious position in Emirati society.

At the age of 29, Muna became one of the most prominent media figures in the UAE. However, this wasn’t her only achievement in her professional journey. She is also a mother to eight children, owns a successful business, and is among the women striving for excellence in society.

Whenever Mona speaks about her journey, she always emphasizes the importance of the support she received from her husband, who played a significant role in realizing her dreams. In an interview with us, she said, “My husband is the pillar I’ve always leaned on. With his encouragement and support, I’ve achieved what I am today.”

Speaking about her business venture, Mona says, “I’ve always loved learning and gaining knowledge, which led me to establish Akasia for Public Relations and Marketing’. Through this company, I launched the ‘Mona Al-Awani Majlis’ initiative, aiming to promote awareness and culture among Emirati women.”

When asked about her future goals, she says, “I aspire to expand the scope of my project and introduce more initiatives that serve the community. I hope to reach the top 100 council in the near future.”
